Case powershift problems. The only gears there is is 1st Forward and 1st Reverse .

Case powershift problems I've cut a lot of hay for a friend on a 970 power shift. Just wonder what happened. not able to do much testing but here is a similar case I found The only problem we ever had was a plastic injection molded part that held the electrical contacts for the powershift broke. if possible. The issues you are describing could be several things and if you have never drove one before and do not know how they act normally, this is going to be tough. Sounds like you have already diagnosed the problem, the CASE powershift needs two cluth packs to drive the tractor, you have pressure on three. At low RPM all kinds of problem getting out of reverse and moving forward but at higher RPM (above 1600) the powershift works fine in all positions. 70.
